PRE-QUALIFICATION

Once you have addressed the above needs, your next step in the purchasing process is to get pre-qualified with a mortgage company. This can be done over the phone or even online in a matter of minutes.

Once you know more of what you are looking for and you have determined a mortgage range with your lender, it is my job to get you viewing properties that will work for you.  I enjoy working with buyer's so much because I find it such a pleasant and exciting time for my clients.  I make sure to preview as many of the listings on the MLS in the Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and County of Parkland as possible so that I can tell you first hand about a property.  Sometimes, you and I will view it for the first time together, however I will be honest and up front about how I feel the property is priced according to it's location, size and condition in keeping with the present market conditions.   

It's not over until you've moved in and are waist high in boxes!!!

I will be there with you until everything is completed including financing, inspection and the close of the transaction.  My top priority is to make sure that your home buying experience is pleasant, cost and time efficient and leaves you feeling happy.
